Steve Kent began his career in 1991 after graduating from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania. Steve has worked on the reinsurance intermediary side of the insurance industry his entire career.
Steve’s early focus became Casualty Business, specifically program business. Partnering program managers and managing general agents with insurance carriers, reinsurance carriers and third-party administrators is extremely rewarding to Steve, as he can work with true entrepreneurs like himself. Steve started Kent Reinsurance Solutions (KRS) in early 2009 and since that time has been servicing a growing and diverse portfolio of clients.
Steve combined KRS with Tatum RE in September 2023 and now serves as Tatum RE’s President, Property & Casualty.
In his free time, Steve enjoys outdoor activities and trying to keep up with his two children.
